We believe everyone can be an impactful and authentic leader, regardless of your leadership playground. It starts with understanding how you uniquely lead - what we call your “signature” leadership. This course gives you the knowledge and opportunities to explore your leadership style while you learn some tried and tested frameworks and tools for leading teams and organizations. 

This online course will explore ways to be a credible, influential, resourceful, enterprising and high performing leader - whether you are in a fast-growing venture or discovering new ways to lead in a more conventional, mature organization.

Built with pragmatism and real-world application in mind, we’ve curated a few key leadership lessons that will help you increase your influence and impact, empower and galvanize your team, and inevitably drive better and repeatable results.

The most important lesson you will learn is how you uniquely lead - your “signature” leadership.

The course focuses on the following core modules:

Learning Cohorts offer a few unique opportunities to:

Learning Cohorts (<10 per cohort) meet together virtually twice a month for one hour with the course facilitator and executive coach to discuss specific lessons and ways to apply what you’ve learned. NOTE: If you have 8-10 participants from one company, we will set up the Cohort as an in-tact team/closed session.
